2 storey side extension

​MKH provided a full design service including cad survey of  existing followed by a Planning Permission application and working drawings package.

The brief was to provide a new 2 storey side extension  with extended ground floor kitchen and dining room, wc shower and study with a first floor master bedroom suite.

Open planning focusing on views to the garden were used to transform a humble end of terraced house. High pitched ceilings and rooflights added light and volume as well as sky views.
